01 Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly

When you subscribe to NEXUS Signal Brief or create an account, we collect information you provide, which may include:

  • Your name and email address (required to deliver the newsletter)
  • Your subscription tier selection (Free, Premium, or ULTRA)

We do not solicit or collect personal financial information such as your investment objectives, risk tolerance, net worth, account balances, or investment experience. Consistent with our Disclaimers and Terms of Use, NEXUS Signal Brief does not customize its recommendations based on any individual subscriber's financial circumstances.

B. Payment Information

Paid subscriptions are processed through our third-party newsletter and subscription platform, Beehiiv. Payment card information (such as credit card numbers) is collected and processed directly by Beehiiv's payment processor. NEXUS Signal Brief does not receive, store, or process your full payment card details. We may receive limited transaction information such as the last four digits of your card, billing country, and subscription status for account management purposes.

C. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit the Site or open our newsletter emails, certain information is collected automatically, which may include:

NEXUS Signal Brief does not maintain any affiliation, referral arrangement, or revenue-sharing relationship with any broker-dealer, securities dealer, or trading platform. No subscriber data is shared with any broker-dealer or financial institution in connection with newsletter recommendations.

05 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to support basic functionality and to understand how visitors use the Site. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit.
